this fic is set in the past (specific time period is up for interpretation) and it follows yoongi as an artist, who the author explains is loosely based on leonardo da vinci, who falls for hoseok, his muse and childhood best friend.

overall, this book is very well written and i think it’s safe to say that any yoonseok fan would enjoy this read. i don’t often seek out yoonseok fics, but a friend of mine mentioned this one to me and i’m so glad they did. one thing i love about this story is the author’s attention to detail and their philosophical approach in this story. also, although the differing social class plot is a bit cliché and overdone, i didn’t mind it in this book. the author wrote it well in the sense that it was there, but it wasn’t an in-your-face plot type.

a side couple included in this story is namjin btw.
